About us

Build to Suit offers a "design construct" technique to construction that speeds the delivery of jobs, makes sure quality and reduces cost. We hand-select the architect that will best fit the customer's requirements. In turn, we solicit engineers and subcontractors, who do their design in conjunction with the designer for a typical objective. With customer input, we manage every step of design, while keeping an eye on expense and schedule. Once construction starts, we manage progress, quality and final shipment, including close-out files, commissioning and a one year guarantee.

  We recently finished a Rec Room renovation for our pals at House Charities, transforming the space into a warm, welcoming retreat for households. This update functions: ➡ Modern, comfortable furniture ➡ A mix of open gathering areas and quiet nooks ➡ A dynamic custom-made wall covering and rug ➡ Interactive video games on the walls and tables These thoughtful touches intend to create an area where households can unwind, reset, and feel supported.   Today we had the chance to host Spencer, a recent Regina High School graduate, for a task shadow experience at BTS. He spent time both in the office and out on the task site, providing him a well-rounded, hands-on appearance at how a project comes together from start to end up. We're always happy to support trainees who are pursuing careers in the building market. It's a privilege to partner with Regina High School and assist present students like Spencer to real-world experience in the field. We want him all the best as he heads to the University of Northern Iowa to study Construction Management!   As we assess Memorial Day, we're reminded of the sacrifices made by those who served - and the value of supporting those who continue to answer the call. ❤ We recently finished a renter improvement task for the United States Army in Iowa City, IA. This 1,700+ square foot area will function as a recruitment office and consists of an open workplace location, a training room, the Section Chief's office, and washrooms. This project is a strong example of our group's capability to deliver premium, practical areas that support significant objectives in our communities. Thank you to the United States Army for the opportunity to contribute to your continuous efforts both in your area and nationwide!
